What is the best city for a single african american women to live? It should have a realitivly low cost of living, job opportunities(preferably in Marketing), a great night life for singles, cultural attractions and most importanly a friendly environment, where its easy to meet people.

Any city that affords them equal opportunities to advance economically, eductionally, socially, politically, spiritually and physically.
I live in Oakland, northern California, bay area. I love it!

Not being African-American, I can only tell you what I've heard and what I've seen so far as Costs of Living.
Atlanta, Georgia seems to have a BIG black population, but I know that a lot of people also seem to like St. Louis, Missouri (cost of living is LOW there, has a great night-life, many FREE! cultural attractions, etc).
Personally, though, if I were you and I were picking Missouri, it's cheaper to live in Kansas City, Kansas City is easier to get around, they're generally nicer, and they've got a LOT of things to do there as well. (Plus, there are a lot of opportunities for Marketing, what with the Sprint World Headquarters just on the Kansas side of the Border - but live in Missouri, it's cheaper!)

I'd have to say the north west states seem to have the best overall living.
in some cases the per capita income is a bit lower, yet the cost of living is lower.
life is slower, not behind the times, most everything is there
folks are just nicer, crime is lower, fewer perverts, and more room for each persons home.

Atlanta is overrated. And, don't forget that once you get outside the city itself, it's very, VERY country. Try the DC/Virginia area or Philly/NY area. Both are full of professional African American men and have great cultural and social scenes.

any city you just have to be determined and focus on your goals if you want to have all of that you cannot go and just to meet guys and have a good time you have to get you priorities straight before you and after you ask a question like that
