Looking back, being 13 was hell. Actually, 12-16 for me was pretty rocky, and it's normal thanks to hormones. I promise things get better. I wished I had talked to a school counselor or SOMEbody. Why don't you give it a try?

Your hormones are probably a BIG factor at this age. And it is just the beginning. Things suddenly bother you a lot more, friends get on your nerves, and you feel extreme rage when things don't work out a certain way . . . . whether it be a test grade, a friend's betrayal or your suffering a bad hair day. You're going to be okay though, because I can see you WANT to be normal again and I don't think you are really wanting to die - - - - you just want things to be better, right?
My advice is to find a hobby. Anything you might enjoy doing. Listening to music, writing, drawing, photography, puzzles, crafts, jewelry making . . . . well, you get the idea. This may distract you and take the focus off everything that is negative right now.
It also helps a lot to make sure you are getting enough sleep at night, drinking water instead of caffeine, and eat more protein than carbs. Find time to exercise at least 15-20 minutes every day. Dance to the VH1-Countdown on TV, take a walk, do an exercise video.
If you do all of the above consistently for a couple of months and things still seem bleak and depressing, tell your parents you need to talk to someone. Then maybe a counselor or psychologist can help. You are so young to be put on anti-depressants and sometimes taking the medicine is worse than the condition if you are not medicated correctly or diagnosed correctly.
Take care, and hang in there. You'll make it through these teen years!

ok, although your description is NOT a very good one. I think maybe i can help. yes friends are annoying, but you need to learn to pick and choose the ones you know you can always depend on. You say you want to "curl up and die" again, you word things badly but if you have always had a problem with depression you should see a doctor and be honest!
i had the same issue, i get annoyed easily, break down for no reason, and get odd stages where i am very irrational. I say see a doctor because you may have a chemical imbalance the way i do, it leads to chronic deppression... If you want medications that is your choice.

once you've been 4 you had no issues as various the time you've been consisting of your mothers and fathers. now you're 13,has acquaintances. for sure you'll come upon extra issues as human beings act otherwise (some are spectacular, some are nasty). that's widely used, that's in user-friendly words a technique of turning out to be up. when I actually have issues, i write them down: i write all issues which i dislike then i write my expectations (for each difficulty) then steps mandatory to attain those expectations. doing so makes me delicate because a minimum of i am going to work out recommendations. cheer up!

You might be suffering from depression. I would go to a doctor if I were you and try to take care of it before it gets worse.

you should see a therapist or school counselor and talk to them about it. you're a teenager and that moodiness is all a part of it. talking it out really helps sometimes.
