sumthing is wrong with the color?

theres sumthing wrong with the color or sumthing everytime i try to look at a photo it looks all wierd i think it has something to do with Display Properties colors by the way i have a windows ME....can someone plz help me out

heres some help get windows xp me isnt the best to be running it is most likely that damn me software grrrrrrrr
