There are bots out there that may or may not work, though the vast majority of them will contain keloggers and viruses.
Even if you found one that was any use, Jagex are constantly monitoring these things and implementing new routines such as the random events as one example to stop them.
If you are seen using one you'll be banned.
Just do it the old way and grind out the game like the vast majority online.
No one likes a cheat or scammer and I would guess those caught using bots, a lot are caught by other players sneding reports in.

Good sir, Jaxex has devoted years to making sure no one can use hacks or cheats without being banned. I highly recommend you stick to honest gameplay, for that way your results will not be destroyed after you are found out.
