Limitations on the power of Central Government. Basically, whatever authority was not granted specifically by the Constitution was to be in the hands of the States, such as what their official State religions would be.

well when the Southern States left the Union and formed a Government a lot of things came up when they were deciding just what they would put into the Constitution of the C.S.A. what do you want to know ?Its a fine Document.I Sure do Wish it could have been followed by the future generations of Southerners and not that old piece of paper that the feds don't pay any attention to at all, now adays.Y'all.I'll bet your a Yankee who wont agree with me, Right.?
