i use that stuff too. benzoyl peroxide dries out your skin, so you should use a moisturizer after each time u use it. that's what i do. in the morning i use a 15 spf with moisturizer and at night i use a Clinique moisturizer after cleansing. it seems to be working fine.
before i started using moisturizer my face was dry and itchy, but now it's really soft.

the same thing happened to me this time when it got super cold. I was using proactiv for 3 yrs and all of the sudden it felt like it even burn my face, it was so dry. I stop using it and now I'm using Oil of Olay face wash, so far so good :)

Cut back on your use of the ProActiv. Try using it every other day instead of daily and alternate something a little less harsh in between. Also find a good oil-free mild moisturizer

Try using every other day and use Cetaphil moisturizer at night for healing. It's probably a combination of cold weather and product. On your off day you could cleanse with any Cetaphil or Eucerin product.

well everyone is saying moisturizeing cream.. i have to agree but make sure it doesn`t have a lot of oil in it. and try not to limit washing your face to twice a day maybe, that drys out your skin a lot too.

don't wash your face too much!!!!!!! it dry's out your face, and then the body sends oil to your face which creats, drum roll please: PIMPLES!!!! ahhh and you don't want that. so wash your face and then put on moisterizer. i suggest "clean and clear" it works really well or "napolian" works even better!
good luck.
