Better to turn back the pages of history... you will find the Tamil minorities in Srilanka were tortured by the then Srilankan government forces.
Diplomacy did not yield peace. One young man formed the Liberation forces and sought help from different countries. But, he too blundered by assassinating our Ex-prime minister Shri. Rajiv Gandhi and the issue is still unresolved.
Whether it is in the past or the present, the success of any country depends on the diplomacy of its leader than its brutal forces!

Instead of trying to blame India for the Tamil tigers.Sri Lanka should
start addressing the issues of its minority Tamels
