Do you consider yourself a democrat or republican?

I'm writing a paper on this topic and am curious as to what others think. Thanks!

the government should stick with what our constitution gave them nothing more or less, they should have jurisdiction over z(1) espionage, (2) counterfeiting) (3) interstate commerce, each state was and is considered a independent country period the states were to make and enforce their own laws, the gov, was to only have jurisdiction over in interstate commerce no state could prohibit any other state from shipping thru their state nor hinder passage into or out of that state, nor could they charge tariffs to another state, that was the limit of the gov, jurisdiction,
now the gov, unconstitutionally gains jurisdiction on almost every aspect of our lives thru this commerce clause, they claim they gain this jurisdiction if any thing part or even shipped across a state line gives them jurisdiction, our fore fathers wanted the gov, to have as little control over the people as possible, but, we have sat on ou collective arses and let these crooks strip us of our basic rights tax us unconstitutionally until we are nothing more than slaves for the gov, and I will bet some out there is agreeing the gov, Is doing us a favor , how do you feel??

Government regulation = over regulation. I don't consider myself a member of any party. The Republicans agree with me more often the the Democrats do. Yes, I deliberately set myself as the standard for the parties to measure up to.

Over-regulates firearms. The second item in our Bill of Rights forbids Government from interfering with our Right to keep and bear Arms (combat weapons). Our Founders knew that it is the nature of tyrants to ensure that the State has dominance over the People and would eventually try to deprive The People of arms. So, they wrote into our Constitution that the State would not be allowed to do so.

Government under-enforces our border laws. This is one of the greatest single threats to our nation, since an overtly separatist population is moving in and dominating our local politics.

I think the first answerer got it spot on.

So I'll just list things that I think are under regulated. Everything...Everything else is over regulated.

Let's see. Hmmm.

I guess I'd like to see the hucksters who sell useless junk
on the internet, tv, comic books, radio...put out of business.
Stuff like growing pot, or selling moonshine are illegal,
but it is OK to sell pills that supposedly make you lose
weight in your sleep or make your penis larger or make you
have perfect memory? At least
the pot and the moonshine work. However, both prey on ignorance and stupidity. But it is still more fun to.....

I don't consider myself a dem or a rep.

i actually think of the main right it is practise. instead of the government regulating know-how to ascertain, they might desire to teach dad and mom (exceedingly in those areas the place the graduate costs are low) on philosophies of self-discipline, on the wear and tear that smoking does to toddlers, and on the authentic unfavourable aspects of no longer taking vaccinations and be ordinary concerning the disadvantages in touch in getting them. If the government needs to tell somebody to no longer do some thing, they might desire to tell them the greater powerful thank you to do it. Take spanking, working example. there are various human beings available who're actively against, eu international locations banned it, and a few US states pondering bans on it. some dad and mom won't comprehend what to do if this will become unlawful. additionally, if the government is going to let us know the thank you to self-discipline our toddlers, why do no longer they tell dad and mom the thank you to feed them, too? I mean, the load problems value is so intense and that i see lots of toddlers nevertheless eating white bread and sucking down soda like it became mom's breastmilk. And why end there, "in the experience that your new child watches greater advantageous than 0.5 an hour of television an afternoon, you're spending the night in penal complex" ok, i'm getting somewhat sarcastic in this final paragraph. properly, there is an attempt at calling interest to the value of solid foodstuff by WIC. I nevertheless think of human beings might desire to be knowledgeable on thoughts to spanking extremely than taking the parental top away. some dad and mom are unlikely to study the books and check out it. THey have been spanked and that they became out purely wonderful mentality. nevertheless, we ought to constantly teach them and pass away it of their hands..purely like the foodstuff. I truthfully think of that the regulations in place are wonderful, it is purely that they might desire to be enforced. human beings ought to relax if the rfile calls new child centers, rfile is doing his interest. you comprehend you're being a solid determine and it will teach. it is getting too long. :) purely my rambles. practise is the main.
