im 38 weeks pregnant with 3rd baby, lost my mucas plug on saturday, ive had no braxton hicks throughout this preg but tonight ive been having them from about 8pm accompanied by lower abdom and back pain, took hot bath and tried moving round to see if they would stop but nothing has worked they are quite strong but nothing i cant cope with. Do you think i could be in early labour? also baby is moving very eraticly and has been for the past hour or so is this normal?
any advice would be welcomed. thanks.

It does seen as if you may be going into labor... You are about term so it is possible. If they get stronger and more constant I would go to the hospital. For now I would try to relax before having to go to the hospital. Try having your man massage you it may help. Soaking in a warm tub also helps..
Good luck and congrats!!!!!

usually with shivering it means that your body is transitioning for the baby's arrival i would call the doctor right away i cannot stress that enough because i delivered my 3rd child with the nurse because i waited too long i was okay all day with the contractions and all the sudden it was time for the baby....goood luck

Your baby is full term. You need to be timing your contractions and get ready to go into the hospital.

I think you should call someone about the baby moving eratic, in books i have read they suggest getting this checked out.

Good luck, shouldnt be too long now.
