It show me a blank sheet that say internet but I can use it. I don't know what happen the computer says that is problem with adds please anyone help me...thank you

Run a Spyware scanner I use windows defender and you can find that at http://www.microsoft.com free of charge. Then Run Disk Cleanup, And run disk defragmenter.

Sorry - you haven't managed to explain yourself at all well.
Run SUPERAntiSpyware to make sure you haven't infected Microsoft Windows with any adware or spyware:

If that comes up clean and you're still having problems, then re-install.

Do a disk clean up, & Defrag. Update your antivirus, & scan your computer. Restart your computer.....See if that helps or fixes it.

dont click any of those popups taht say you have adware remove them now its just more spyware
