I'm having trouble sending a file to another Mac on my network via Terminal. I've been trying to use the mv command but that doesn't seem to work when sending across a network. Any help is appreciated.

Probably the best way is to enable 'ssh' on one of the two Mac's and then use the 'scp' command to move your files across.
