Right click on "My Computer"
Select "manage"
In the system tools, there is a folder called local users and groups.
Select the account in local users. Right click on it and select delete.
Be careful as this will delete the account forever.

Go into your control panel and click Users. Select the administrator account and delete it (the system administrator account will have to be active though. It just won't show up. The reason for this is there HAS to be an adminstrator for the system so that you can make changes)

You must always have at least ONE administrative account. You can NOT delete the default account that is set up during installation. You can change the name of the account, and set a password; but you can NOT delete the account.

You have to be in administrator then go to control panal then user accounts etc i think thats the way i did it hope it works:)

Control panel > user accounts ......U will either need to be the Admin or know admin pass if there is 1 but u can do it from here
