It just depends on your engine setup. If it is bone stock, it may bring in anywhere from 175-300 hp, depending on the wear and tear on the engine.
I had a 1977 K10 Pickup 4x4 with a 350 4 bolt main, cam, and an Edelbrock top end (heads, intake, 4bbl carb), and I was pushing around 450 hp.
Torque, on the other hand, I have seen the numbers on torque go wild. I haven't seen a set range as far as torque goes. I would guess, on a stock V8, the torque would bring in anywhere from 150-350 ft. lbs. of torque. This is also depending on the engine.

The 350 for that year in your vehicle came from the factory with 195 or 210 HP...... go here....
