Definitely. A lot of people begin to question their sexuality in their teens...it's completely normal, and actually a very good time to question it. While you're still young, you can experiment without necessarily being held to anything you do at a much later time in your life. Although many people DO question their sexuality later in life, you can see how it is more convenient to question yourself before you settle down into a lifestyle and job with a partner/family/kids...

Not that you have a choice about WHEN you question your sexuality, but I think being unsure as a teenager is probably a little easier than being unsure when you are married and have kids.

Yes, along with many other things in life. This stage of their life is where so many big changes happens and their body goes through the most changes. It's easy to be unsure when most people insist you only love one sex and you feel you're in love with another.

Not to mention many of the "Am I gay?" questions asked right here on Yahoo! Answers.

sure.
hormones are going crazy, emotions run high. . .
everything is on maximum override during puberty.
but perhaps it's not so much being unsure as it is not being brave enough to just say I like this person or that person because people are afraid of what their peers might think or say.
kids are under tremendous pressure to fit in.
what a great world this would be if we could just let them be.
then maybe we could translate that to the adult world.

YES. It is very common for young people - and sometimes older people - to be uncertain about which side their bread is buttered on.
