Going to a party and I can't find anything in stores. I don't want to go online because it'll take to long to get here. Help?

I think you should just spend more than 15 dollars and splurge and go to Hollister and get a cute mini skirt. You will be able to wear it all summer and I think you will be very happy with your purchase. They have the cutest clothes of anywhere I know, so I would go to Hollister. But the skirt would be about 30 dollars! But very well worth it in my opinion.

in many circumstances i could recommend a nude, seamless thong, yet once you're uncomfortable wearing a thong under a mini skirt i could recommend a boy short style underclothes(the place they arise on the butt somewhat) as a replace of boy shorts that come down on the leg or known panties, as you are able to at times see the bottoms of them reckoning on the dimensions of the mini skirt.

I don't know if you're the type that has to have designer clothes in order to be happy. If not, peek into a thrift store like the Salvation Army or Goodwill. They have a diverse selection and you might find just the right item to complete your outfit.

My friend gets her mimi skirts from PAPAYA, in the mall, but if u dont live in California, I would reccomend any mall, or maybe Target or Walmart or even like Mervens/Ross.

Depending on how short you want it...IF you want it REALLY short, you can make on out of a pair of cute shorts. All you have to do is cut the crotch part so is hangs down in the front and back. Other wise you can do teh same with a pair of pants, and it will be a little longer.
