Carlos plays a PRS (Paul Reed Smith) these days. He played Gibson SGs for years though.
Billy Gibbons has a huge guitar collection and I believe he usually plays a Fender Telecaster (when I saw him) or a Gretsch Billy-Jo Signature Series. However, he is also credited with playing a Les Paul that he named "Pearly Gates," but I haven't seen him use it live.

Billy Gibbons from ZZ Top uses many different guitars. Many of their album were recorded with a Gibson Les Paul. Carlos Santana uses a custom Paul Reed Smith.
