All of the jeans I find in the petite sections are at least a 30" inseam and I would guess that I'm less than a 28" inseam. I usually wear a size 3 in juniors or a stretch size 1.
Also if there is any special stores around San Diego, please let me know.

Wow. u r short. IM 5'3 and only 14. Try going to places where their pants are actually smaller than they're suppose to. Like a size 3 will be around a big 2 or 1.

the juniors section in macy's actually is not that bad. hydraulic band jeans run pretty small. paris blues, levis..

there is this store called bui-yah-kah, but they're only in texas. they have down to size 0000! and their sizes are smaller than most brands.

i'm taking it that you don't shop at hollister, a&f, and stores like that. but they're jeans are pretty tight. but on small people, they fit just right :)

i'm only 4'10" and i'm 16, i love abercrombie kids jeans in sizes 12-14. they fit perfectly, maybe 2 inches too long, but whatever, it's as good as it can get. plus they're very high quality and body flattering.
