Lot of opinions on that-most are wild guesses-Japan has many of them. Do some online research and keep in mind they are all pretty speculative-so don't invest your life savings! Also some money to be made there.
Do a Google search "robotics stock" and do some reading...

The two best robot stocks are IRBT (iRobot Corp) and ISRG (Intuitive Surgical). Personally, I prefer iRobot because they are still in their infant stage and have a lot of room to grow. They make those Roomba floor vacuums as well as millitary robots.

This may be something you could look at: ISRG...Intuitive Surgical......actually have robotic surgery assistants!
