The web page is to big for the screen?

It happens if the safeboot in Boot.ini is checked
click on start > run
type msconfig
press ok
click on Boot.ini tab
Uncheck the box before /safeboot
press apply
press close
the computer will prompt you to restart
It will boot normally, after restart uncheck the box that appears,

↓ Restart PC
↓ Keep tapping F8 on the boot up
↓ A new boot up screen will appear
↓ Select Start WIndows in Normal
(Sometimes shown as launch Windows normally)

lol why are you booting in safemode?? reboot and go into normal mode lol. if you cant, try hitting F8 at the start of the bootup and try changing your boot settings. dont use safemode lol.

just turn off your computer, it should be just fine because it's in safe mode.
