Ok I just got this max machine off from a friend. And I have no clue or anything about max machines. I know you can send message within it but I need help in using it. Can fax mach- print like works from your computer? And how do I connect max machines into my computer so I can do stuff because I only see 2 ports behind its back =/ And its from Panasonic KX-FP80. So do I need like different cable of wire to use it because all I got was the fax machine itself. So help will be appreciated.

A pure fax machine basically sends (or receives) images on a piece of paper over the phone line. You feed in a piece of paper with writing / print on it, and something reasonably close (albeit, roughly 200 dpi at most) comes out the other end after the stuff's transmitted and printed. It does NOT involve a computer at all.

The KX-FP80 sounds like one of those "personal" ones that use black rolls of print film in order to print on paper. Again, NO PC INTERFACE, as it's pure a fax machine.
