And people wonder why California is so whacked out of it's mind. It's stupid liberal laws like this one that actually get passed...........
It's not against the law yet. it has not been voted on but I am sure this social engineering law will pass.

yes it's against the law to spank a child in most states but not enforce that much only if you leave marks or scares on the child body that a no no it is call abused and neglect

They're trying to pass a law saying it is. It's also against the law to tie up your dog for more than three hours...

i heard from my aunt dat its true its like illegal now
its to stop child abuse but from were i come from DR heatin or spanking a child its just for diciplin but when people go really far n abuse n hurt then its too much and it gatta be stop but that law people will probebly follow it in da street n public places but at home they probebly wont cause they wont put camara in your house to see if you do

No and if done at the right age it only takes once or twice to get their attention. Of course it should not bruise the child or hurt them. Place them over your knee to avoid chance of back injury.

It depends what kind of tool you use. Let's say you used a sledge hammer to spank your child....that's obviously illegal.

i did hear something about this the other day. don't know if it actually passed though. its a stupid thing to do. maybe if child services did their job better they wouldn't have to put everyone in a group.
