My girlfriend and I will frequently spend 1 hour or more having intercourse, during which I must stop often because I reach a point of exhaustion were I am about to pass out. Also, I will hyperventilate. On occasion, I have suffered from nausea and lightheadedness afterwards. Because I have no proclivities about intercourse and my girlfriend and I share a healthy relationship, I am rather certain the issue is not psychological in nature. What is the physiological reason this is happening?

It is physiological. You're basically working hard and hyperventilating. Which can cause you to be lightheaded. Couple that with the heavy sweating, and you could also get dehydrated. So stay hydrated, and take you time with it. You may also want to start working out...or at least start doing a brisk walk on a treadmill. The idea is to build up your cadiovascular health.....which in time will help you, where you won't have to stop as often. Best of luck to you.....

You are going to extremes to perpetuate the situation. Reality is being abused beyond realistic limits.Time and motion no longer have value.Loss of resonable control exacts a terrible toll that drowns all involved. Pull yourself up by defying outragious insensitive action and establishing moral ground from which to procede in a more conventional manner. Give her a toy that allows her to procede while you take a breather. Mutual satisfaction is what we aspire to.

Well sex is a really strenuous activity, biologically speaking. It affects nearly all of your systems. I would say that this is alright, but maybe take it a little easy next time. Go slow. lol.

You must be a "machine"....an hour or more! Wow!

I think you have a circulatory problem requiring medical attention. Either that, or all your blood is going to your penis and none to your brain.
