My bunny runs around in my house and sometimes when he hops he jumps up and starts to shake. Why does he do that?

This is perfectly normal its called popcorning my guinea pig does it. Popcorning is a wonderful sight to see. Its usually baby bunnys that do it, but adults can also popcorn, they just don't jump as high because they are heavier. A popcorning rabbit will run-around and jump into the air, land on all fours, quickly turning in another direction and repeat the jump. This lovely action means your rabbit is extremely happy. It's called a binky and means you have a very happy rabbit!

yes thats definitely a good sign. hes having fun..enjoying life. maybe he wants a playmate or he probly wants to play with you.
i have baby bunnies and they do that all the time. i suppose adults can do that too.
i love when they do that. its sooo adorable!
congrats on having a happy bunny. you must have been doing a good job as a parent.

The oh so technical rabbit term for that is a binky. That means they're happy/ excited. Mine often do that when they want me to chase after them.
