Because they can't come up with anything original. Everything they do is a rehash from the more extremist segments of society.

Personally I was probably a conservative before you were born and never a democrat. NeoCon means a democrat that has become a liberal. The term is used wrongly here and we just grew tired of it. Now you are NeoLibs.

Why do the liberals need to label things? Is it in order to put each item into its own little group so it is easier to control?
Besides which the Neo-Libs are the same old Liberals. No change there. The Neo-Cons however are vastly different from their Conservative counterparts.

They don't know what "neo" means. However, I will bet that 75% of the people don't know what "neoconservative" actually means either.
That said, yes those using "neolib" on YA do appear to be rather low on the brain power.
If they are the same old liberals, they can't possibly be "Neoliberals".

No. & what makes you think they are Neocons. It is to point out that people using the term "Neocon" frequently have no idea what it means. Looks like that was too subtle for some people.

Some Democrats use the word "neocon" in order to pretend that the Republican Party is on the verge of splitting up into different factions. I think it's only fair to return the favor.
