how to learn to use the guitar faster??

i'm new at this and want to learn all chords and everything fast so can anyone help?

Only you can help yourself. Best quick start is taking some lessons at your night school. Take an 8 or 10 week course in beginner guitar and then the intermediate lessons.
And then it's all up to you. Practise practise practise practise.
No other way. The mechanics of playing the guitar can only come with time and PRACTISE.
