walk everyday. it's good for every part of your body, inside & out. it's also good for your mental wellbeing.
drink water, & lot's of it. i stopped drinking soda, & only drank water & lost 10 llbs in 2 weeks.
do crunches, not situps.
get a pilates ball (the big blow up one) & do your exercises on them.
you don't have to give up food, just watch your portions.
get 8-10 hrs of sleep
don't give up..it usually takes at least 2 weeks to start noticing results

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

For me, I have a Slim Fast shake for breakfast, soup or salad (with low cal dressing) for lunch, and then I'm just careful at dinner, eating more veggies than anything. Fruit and popcorn are great snacks. Try walking...if you have headphones or an IPod it really makes it easier. Also, get some light weights (3 or 5 lbs. to start) because lifting weights is the fastest way to see results.

It's quite simple. Eat lots of carbohydrates for breakfast, and always excersize in the morning, not the afternoon. And NO CARBS AFTER MIDDAY... and don't eat anything couple of hours before bedtime. High energy foods are for the mornings, and low carbohydrate foods are for the rest of the day. If you're not full before you sleep it won't turn into fat.

You don't have to eat less, just get the timing right for your body's metabolic cycle.

walking or jogging actually burns more calories than running. After dinner of something, just jog for like 45 minutes. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables...stay away from fatty foods. drink lot's of water also. if ur really craving for something sweet, eat a chocolate granola bar.

I did 1st personal diet (www.1stpersonaldiet.com). I've lost a whole bunch of weight and really fast. To be honest, I've lost 80 lb in just under 6 months. And I've kept it off for over 6 months.
Granted, I do watch what I eat and exercise regularly, but I do not kill myself over it.

Try eating healthier foods, and start exercising everyday. Running is good. Run for as long as you can, without getting sick, or hurting yourself, and time yourself as you do it. Every day run that amount, and every week try to improve your time by about two minutes. I don't diet, but I did run track and field, and it definitely made my stomach firmer. Good luck!

P.S. If you do start to work out, bananas and pasta give you lots of energy.

just be happy and eat more lean protein and vegetables. stay away from processed foods and high sugar foods. stop drinking soda and juice. just drink milk and water. Dont starve yourself because it will just make you store fat.Just work on eating healthy low carb foods. oh and dont eat bread or pasta or anything that has enriched flour.
