The correct answer is yes you can trade from Leaf Green to Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, and Colosseum on Game Cube. In order to enable this feature you must first fix Celio's machine by bringing him the Ruby and the Sapphire hidden in the game. You can obtain these items only after beating the Elite 4 and your rival one last time.
