Garlic, silver crosses, etc. supposedly repel them. So how do you attract them?

Well, I've heard that to find a vampire, one should go to a vampire bar/club. I haven't a clue where they are, but, as one said before, just do a couple internet searchs. I'm sure you'll be able to find some near you.
Note: Try searching words like 'Vampires' 'club' '[your city]'
Plus, the thing about the seeds and crossroads; that goes ONLY for European vampires, every other type I've heard about simply scoff at the idea of stopping to count seeds.

I know a few. Some hang out at the bar, some at a smoking lounge down the street. Seriously, they are vamps. Check online for groups. You'll find them.

They had this insatiable need to pick up or count mustard seeds, and got confused at crossroads.......

dress to impress go out to clubs and just walk at night but you better know how to defend yourself from the rapist and murderers out at night also!!

go to an area where they are abundant...they will FIND YOU!.....wear an open neck shirt.tho....dont make them work too hard to find the vein!!
