It makes this grinding/crunching sound when you sit down or move. I have tried WD40 and lubricating grease, but it still does it. It's really annoying and loud. The chair is only 2 months old and has done this since I bought it! Help!

It is not a "butt" problem either. My kids sit on it and it does the same.

Try tightning the loose screws. and get some washers/rings... i think they help.
