Kill all the humans. We are genetically predisposed to wage war from an survival instinct. We have never known peace, there is always some group wanting to kill some other group. Call it Crusades, Jihad, Ethnic cleansing, good old fasioned land grabs whatever. We have only had times of cease-fire. The human animal is wired for destruction, maybe not the individual but its the mob mentality that forces us this way.

The best way to maintain peace in the world is to eliminate the human race. Since that isn't really practical, there is no way to maintain peace. You can enforce peace for a short time, but it takes great amounts of violence to do it. Kind of defeats the purpose.

Change the way the human brain works. Unfortunately, we are geared for conflict. It is a survival trait.
[Elect Women? Like Queen Elizabeth? Or Jianq Qing? C'mon, female dictators can be just as aggressive, especially if they are Socialist leaders which brings out the worst in humanity.]

Don't be the fools that other country's think we are .. you can't be a world power with your hands tied be hind your back .. daily our country is made fun of because we are weak paper tigers ... This is not burger king you can't have it your way.. Every time someone tries to do whats right for the country some fool gets his fillings hurt .. you don't have but two responsibility's in America and they are to God and Country .. The rest is all bull _ull _hit... What makes America Great is doing what you want when you want.. and being FREE.

If you have not figured it out yet, Peace can't always exist between two people who were in love and pledged their lives to each other!
Familiarity breeds contempt!
Best course of action is the one that has worked since WW2.
Containment and intervention to prevent escalation!
To just ignore regional disputes is to invite the cancer to turn malignant and spread rapidly!

First and most importantly, keep the media and govt out of the reach of the wealthy and corporations,,,,,,
Second comply with the UN one country one vote......a world democracy as police and judge,,,,

1. Give the United Nations some more teeth.
2. All nations that are ruled by dictatorships, oligarchies, theocracies, military juntas, etc. must be severely sanctioned.
3. All nations that have state sanctioned terrorist organizations or state sanction human rights abuses must be severely sanctioned as well.

We all have to learn to be human, live an let to live and love each other. There should not be any place to hate-red, crime and terrorism.
