Here's a real answer for you:
There is no evidence that nipple piercing (or other body piercing) affects breastfeeding. Some professional piercers recommend against getting a new nipple piercing while breastfeeding. Be sure to observe safety procedures and choose a reputable piercer, to help protect against diseases such as hepatitis and HIV.
LLLI's BREASTFEEDING ANSWER BOOK, page 382 says that no evidence exists to suggest that nipple piercing has any affect on breastfeeding.
The June/July 1999 issue of LEAVEN, LLLI's magazine for Leaders, has an article on nipple piercings called, "Nipple Piercings: Is It Compatible with Breastfeeding?" The author, Jahann Martine describes nipple piercings through the ages as well as possible risks associated with piercings. The article discusses the issue of whether to remove the jewelry prior to a breastfeeding session. One hazard Marine writes of is that baby's suck could dislodge the jewelry, possibly causing choking and/or damage to baby's mouth. Another hazard is that your baby may not be able to latch on well with the jewelry in place. Discussing the piercings with your professional piercer as well as your health care provider will help you determine your approach.

My friend has her nipples pierced and she breastfeeds. Her breasts do leak a lot, and her nipples are always sore. Her doctor said it was due to the scar tissue.
So of course you can stilll breastfeed, just make sure you take out the ring first. :o) Oh and you may want to buy leak pads that fit into your bra. Some nursing bras have washables built right in.
Best of Luck!

I'm not sure if you're asking... If it affects nursing if you ever decide to or if you do it after you have your baby. But, I would think so... You have to keep the piercings in for it to heal properly. Do you actually want an earring dangling in your babies mouth? I had mine pierced before I had my baby and I took them out a week after I found out I was pregnant... I breastfeed now and I've been doing it for 19 weeks with no problems.

Check out the site below. Le Leche League International is a great resource for breastfeeding moms. There are articles on almost anything you can think of or have problems with.
Most areas also have a local league and you can connect with other bf mom's in your area which provides a great level of support.

The only effect is the spray, it's a three-way. Hopefully you'll remove the metal before feedings. Make sure the nipples are throughly cleaned, and you jewerly is sanitized.

not usually. of course, you should remove the piercings to nurse, and you will have to be extra careful to keep your nipples clean. there are always a few exceptions, though, so talk to your OB about it. Here are a few sites that discuss it -

I would need more detail but I'm assuming that you have your nipples peirced and you will take them out to brestfeed. having the assumption clear, I don't think that it would affect because they should be peirced correctly to where it won't interfere with the nipple itself. just to be safe I would take them out now and hopefully they would heal.

Check with your Obgyn but personally I wouldn't it's bad enough when your nipples crack, I can't imagine how badly it will crack if it has a hole there already.

Is that a serious question?
yes. piercing your nipple will cause scar tissue to form. Which will make it incredibly difficult to breastfeed.
