I was at a flea in MA (I'm talking about a small town in quite western Massachusetts at a flea market next to a horse farm) last summer when the man showed up and shut some people down, local cops with FBI from the regional office, they were only selling those really cheap looking Gucci bag rip-offs, so from my personal experience I would say you'll be fine as long as you don't get caught!
