I'm not looking for a definition of love, but another way of saying "I love you" without using those exact words.

did you ever see or hear about Carol Burnett, when she would tug on her ear on her shows to tell her mother she loved her. Words are not always necessary to say I love you. There are ways to do it in sign language. Make up your own if you need to or even for fun like Carol B. did. In my family we have our own personal signal that no one else knows.
