I heard that eating a lot of yams increases your chances, but I do know that twins have to run in the family whether it's your family or the father's family.

There is no such thing. My doctor said (joking) "you know that's what happens when you have sex twice in one day?!?!?"
Twins come genetically, using fertility drugs or sometimes happens in older women. As women get older they can release more than one egg during ovulation.

If you think there is a recipe for having twins, are you sure you should be getting pregnant? Perhaps your time would be better suited educating yourself on the conception of a child rather than the act itself.

fertility drugs or fraternal twins on mothers side other than that God's will. Good luck one baby is good too and less hectic and more time to bond having one at a time. But twins are fun too!!

I have looked all over for those.. lol. There are none. Some say the older you are your chances are increased. Otherwise you would probably have to go through a fertility procedure to have several fertilized eggs implanted.

maybe you can't find a recipe because there isn't one. try fertility drugs that seems to help people have multiples.

I do not know but we had 3 sets in our family ,it must have been fresh clean country air ,I am being serious.
