Hleb or SWP?

Whose the better of the two?

Clearly Hleb. He has become a regular starter for Arsenal and although isn't an explosive player, he fits into Arsenal's style of play of slick and accurate passing. [See the build up to Rosicky's first goal against Liverpool for an example of Hleb's passing]

SWP hasn't played consistent football in the past two years because he hasn't been playing. You can't judge him on his performances for Man City because with all this time not playing, he may not become the same player.

As a side note, interestingly enough, Arsenal were offering 12 million for SWP when he was on sale. Chelsea went and bought him for 20 million and Arsenal went for Hleb instead. Some Arsenal supporters have the view that Chelsea "c*ckblocked" Arsenal and bought him just to prevent Arsenal from buying him. They also think SWP's current situation serves him right for turning down Arsenal.

SWP is in a position where he doesn't get enough games to judge him. He was lively against Liverpool when he came on. Hleb was not that great against Man Utd. SWP, throughout his career at Chelsea, as had probably less league starts then Hleb has has just this year.

But really, there is little comparison here. SWP probably had more potential at one point, but currently, Hleb is a better player.

From what I have seen I am going to choose Hleb as you do see him play a lot more than you see swp, because swp only gets off the bench occasionally so we do not see his potential, much to his step-dads disgust, they only bought him so no-one else could have him. Well that`s my opinion.
