You have to ask yourself what your intention was. You and I both know that it was wrong because you were following her. If you had just come across her without following her and saw that she was drinking and driving then what you would do is talk to her first and give her the chance to stop if not, then turn her in. But that wasn't the case. The case was that you were following her and you set her up to be arrested. Theres a big difference between the two and it has to do with your intentions. You did not have good intentions. And why were you following her? That seems almost like stalking. So there's a couple things you need to work on. Why it is that you follow her and why it is that you felt you had to punish her by turning her in. I come from a law enforcement background and I do not believe in drinking and driving but what you did was wrong.

Yes. Not to have called, cause that was a responsible thing to do...however, if you are her husband you should of given her a ride home. By the way, why are you stalking your wife???

Damn, I wish I would've thought of that, nothing is wrong about busting a drunk, especially when they have the nerve to get behind the wheel. Think of it this way, you just saved an innocent person from being injured, or even killed. You just did her the biggest favor of her STUPID LIFE!!!

If it was an act of pure revenge, then yes, you suck. If it was a tough lesson of a habitual drinker the drives under the influence, sort of like an intervention, I could understand it

P.S. if it was just revenge you are STALKING her and need to be arrested also

Was she really drunk? Then probably better you got her off the street. But, if you were following her anyway, you should have just given her a ride.

Why wouldn't you have the courtesy to say...your drunk and there is no way you should drive home. Keep in mind what goes around comes around :P.
