I don't know who its y, but its by a girl. Its kinda liek a mix of rock or country im not sure. Part of the backround music of the soong is like a sound that goes like Ooooo, ooooo. Liek the 1st oooo is lower then the 2nd is high lol...I dont know how to explain it... please help!

Wow. That's true of hundreds of thousands of songs. I hoped to be able to give you an answer but would need to go on a little bit more than that.
