Anytime you leave out a letter/group of letters, it is usually replaced by a single apostrophe. While I know what I wrote this time is correct, since these aren't actual words this rule doesn't always work for other sayings. But I do know this is how you spell this particular phrase.

Um, I'm not big on the whole "Let's spell like we're illiterate!" thing.. But, try this.

"To' up from da flo' up"

or

"Dat bytch be to' up from da flo' up, ya hurd?!"

Why do you have to even say that phrase. Instead of focusing on how someone looks maybe you could offer some suggestions on how to look better without judgement or intolerence.
