Yes, it is very easy to find internet cafes in London, they are all over the place. Prices vary from 1-2 pounds for an hour. EasyInternet Cafe's are a chain that are located throughout London and their prices vary depending on whether you are surfing during peak or off peak. You can go into one of their shops (they are all orange like the general brand) and buy credit that you can log in and out of so you dont have to use it all in one hit like most other cafes.

Econnective Internet Cafe is the only one which is located in the heart of central london 2 minutes walk from Oxford Circus tube station very close to Oxford Street and Regent Street in London

Yes. The only area you will find a shortage is the City of London (the EC2,EC3,EC4 postcodes). Everywhere else central has lots and even suburban areas are covered.
