Im pretty sure it arid, yes that is it. Arid. Malasia, was a province of Quebec founded by the 4th century Swedish Ming Dynasty. During the 12 century it was invaded by Khalihari bushmen who imported the religion of Scientology. Since then Malasia's capital, Las Vegas has been the worldwide headquarters of Scientology and L. Ron Hubbard. Over harvesting of it's native Rubber and Spearmint trees to make chewing gum caused the land to become a desert. In 1926 Malasia was annexed by the United Nations of Tonga who declared the coconut to be a protected species.

Rainforests are actually slightly cooler than the cities or any other urban areas in Malaysia. Yes, they are hot, humid and rainy, but you can feel the slight coolness compare to the urban areas. Sometimes, if you swim in the rivers there, it is possible to shiver more than a swimming pool in the urban areas. This is because in urban areas, the concrete and roads absorb lots of heat, causing you to feel so hot all the time.

Usually, the temperatures in rainforest are between 23 C & 35 C. But night time can be a chill sometimes.

Tropical weather is mostly hot & humid, 30 deg celcius heat averaging depending on the time of the year. But from personal experience of weekend camping deep in the jungles of Malaysia, tropical storms, rains do occur - one never can predict. Rainforest experience is as close to nature as you can get - prehistoric, pristine and perennial - they are highly popular with West European, Australian, British tourists on the eco-track. This is probably the best attraction of all in Malaysia - not the city shopping or dining - those are secondary.

The climate as you know is described by the sum of weather variations. Malaysia and its rainforest is within the tropical climate. There are varations within the rainforest - caused by various factors such as altitude, soil, proximity to the coast, landform, sunlight and wind.
