i restarted it too, i mean..while i'm typing it looks like i'm typing upwards, plz help.

press control alt and the up arrow at the same time...that should fix it...

You're not the first person this has happened to -- I know someone whose baby started tapping on her keyboard and turned the display sideways. Try Ctrl-Alt-Up Arrow.

reset the monitor, the controls of modern monitors have a recall position or button, (or a tiny hole for a reset pin)
the older they are the more likely they will have dials or rocker buttons
even older will have the controls on the rear of the system
