no those children r not your responsibility even if u marry him, i remarried and when they do a income evaluation they r not allowed to use my husbands income he is not the biological father.

No way. She can only take her ex back to court for this as you arent attached biologically to the baby. So let her threaten all she wants. Even if she does get to court, she has to have a really good reason to challenge the existing decree about support. Not an east task so I wouldnt worry about anything. Good luck

You may be in a common law marriage if you have presented yourselves in a Husband / Wife way for the last seven years or more. That means that you live together, sleep together, and are playing "house" together. But, some areas do not recognize a CL. See a lawyer.
