there is a greater risk of becoming pregnant again within the first 6 weeks of birth. you may want to see your doctor and have them do a test because you may already be pregnant.

Yes, there is a greater chance of becomming pregnant. With my first c-section, I didn't get my period for like 10 months. The doctor said that was normal. I guess it depends on your body.

Its hard to tell. Are you nursing? I didn't get my period for 6 months after both of my c-sections, but I was nursing that whole time. You shouldn't have unprotected sex, you could very well be pregnant right now. You should stop having unprotected sex now, and make an appointment to see your doctor to have a pregnancy test.

Nursing mothers sometimes wont get a period for the duration they nurse the baby.....most others will get their period's within about 12 weeks of birth...you are not 'more fertile' now than ever before, but since ovulation occurrs BEFORE mestruation...and most women dont know it has occurred....USE BIRTH CONTROL
Even if you are breastfeeding and you dont get a period for 10 months...you can still get pregnant, it is still wise to use birth control.

You period can come anytime.. it's so hard to tell right after delivery but you are at higher risk for pregnancy as your hormones are high.
