Why would your parents be angry because your depressed? Maybe talking to a pastor or a trusted friend would help. Maybe a therapist. Good luck.

As a retired mental health practitioner with 20+ years experience, let me tell you of some advice that the psychiatrist in my clinic gave to most clients he saw who had either depression or anxiety. He would tell them to go for a walk. And, more specifically, he would say for it to be a totally leisurely walk, with no chores attached to it, like walking the dog or going to the store, etc.. He'd tell them to start out slow and relaxed, and then as your body began to loosen up, increase your speed a bit so you can feel your heart beating and your breathing increase. It needn't be a race or such, but enough increase in speed to cause fresh oxygen to get into your bloodstream and into your brain. Then, he told them to go for whatever distance they wanted, but not to get exhausted. As you began to tire, slow down and turn towards home so that by the time you got home you were already down to a normal walking speed again so your muscles wouldn't cramp when you quit. And the most important thing he would tell them is to make sure you do this on a continuous basis, maybe 4 or 5 times a week. This is not just a one-time thing, although you may feel some immediate results. You have to repeat the walking, just like you take medicine maybe more than once a day and more than just one day. I can guarantee you that we had the happiest and calmest clientele anywhere, and since walking was free, they LOVED it!! Give it a try. I know it works since I was also a long distance bicycle rider, walker and runner, so I know, firsthand, whereof he and I speak. I know you'll feel better. I can't understand your parents getting mad at you being depressed, but if that's a problem, just do your regular walking. You'll feel better quick!! God Bless you.

When depressed you should try being around people you trust people who give out a positive additude. Get your mind off whatever is depression you. It will be good to tell your parents how you feel, good so they can help you anyway they can.
Good luck!

If i were you i would take a shower to get rid of depression and sing. A warm water will help you to feel more relax, then take a deep sleep. Always be anxious for nothing. One of the famous Persian poet wrote: "I saw grief drinking a cup of sorrow and called out, "It tastes sweet, does it not?" "You've caught me, " grief answered, " and you've ruined my business, how can I sell sorrow when you know it's a blessing?"

Stop being so hard on yourself. Some people enjoy just being. Don't feel that you have to justify not being motivated. Perhaps, if you don't concentrate on it you will suddenly find something you want to do and participate in.

Why would your parent's be mad at you?? I think your parent's would understand. They will more than likely help you through your hard times. You can also talk to your friends. They should also help you through your hard times.
