is it safe to use spermicide while on my period?

while I was on my period my bf and I used spermicide while I was on the last day of my period is it possible for me to be pregnant as a result of this or no ?

No I doubt it. If anything spermacide would kill any sperm so don't worry about it. And It is safe to use while on your period.
