Go where you'll be the happiest and major in what you really like. I went to Georgetown for undergrad, which isn't the strongest science school out there, and now I go to a top 10 medical school. About 1/3 of my class aren't science majors... med schools like that diversity. I agree with Linkin that your GPA and MCAT scores are the most important. Everyone has to take the same prerequisite classes, which honestly don't have much to do with what you'll learn in med school anyway. College is about figuring out who you are and expanding your ways of thinking. So don't stick with only science classes... trust me, you'll get enough of that in med school.

Why are you so set on an Ivy? I wanted to go to an ivy league school when I was a senior in high school only because of the prestige. I really, really sad I didn't get into one at the time, but now am so glad I ended up where I did. There are a million great schools out there. Don't get stuck on an Ivy just because of the name.

Any. They're all prestigious.

Med Schools don't care what your major is. They just want you to have fulfilled their required courses (check each individual med school for their specific list of required courses). Grades and MCAT are the most important, but how difficult your coursework was is important as well. A 3.5 GPA from Harvard is going to look better than a 3.5 from a bad state college.
