Possibly not. It depends upon the context. Does Dobbs believe that he is actually going to commit murder or is he just repeating what was said to him?

-he is doing a bit of both

This convo was from the book Catch-22 so tell the author that it was poorly written. And just how exactly do I have "too much time on my hands?"
