I have this friend who is a 14 year old guy and everything but he seems to have no sex drive. He thinks looking at porn is stupid and wonders why guys do it. He doesn't like girls for their appearance and doesnt have a desire to want to do "stuff" with hot girls. Yeah he sounds like a perfect kid to some ladies but for guys this is almost un imaginable. Can u tell me what is going on with him?

Its normal, it depends on the individual how much of a sex drive they have, how it effects them and how to control it. This does not mean the way to solve it is to have sex, please do not be a statistic and do it too young. First time is crap any way and boys get too mixed up between porn and real life anyway. For you right know the best thing you can do is masturbate and a healthy male tends to do it more than once a day. In bed or shower/bath. You can fantasise or use mags and DVDs to but i feel they rot the brain too much. Best thing to do is learn how to control it, not suppress it. Learn that the basics of the chase, to be a good man when you grow up is one that knows how to push the right buttons before any intercourse? Think about it, its great when both are enjoying it and it can reach so many levels when you are older.

Good for him. I'm not a guy, but I was never interested in that sort of thing... even at 20 I'm not interested in that... and there are plenty of adults out there (both women and men) that are still waiting for their future wife/husband to "do stuff" with. Seriously, this kid is awesome. I wish more teenage boys and girls didn't think about those things. There are so many more things to be concerned about. Like playing sports, playing in band, being with friends, or playing video games. Perhaps this guy is Christian and takes his faith seriously, but I wouldn't worry about your friend, he just has better priorities, and maybe you should follow suit. Maybe guys will realize that being sex-crazed is definitely not cool, because most ladies find that disturbing and would prefer a guy interested in other things.

There is nothing wrong w/him. He is just more mature that most guys his age. He is an ideal kid all the way around, because when he does start fooling around he wont be telling the whole world and the girls will so love him for that. You could learn a few things from him. Isn't it always better to be the exception to the rule than to be a follower. He could lie like the rest of the guys and act like he is getting some, but he is just smarter than you guys. He doesn't think with his pecker, he uses the big one: his brain.

He could be a private person who has no desire to discuss his sexual desire. While it's true, most guys that age spend as much time as they can discussing their conquests (which are mostly imagined) and their fantasies (which are imagined).
He may have other differences than just the privacy issue, but that's something between him, his parents, and a doctor.

It sounds to me like he has respect for girls, and for himself as well. Why do you little kids think about sex so much?? You are entirely too young to be thinking of sex, and watching porn. I think you could learn a lot from this friend of yours, just because everyone else seems to be doing it, doesn't mean you should. Would you like a boy thinking sexual thoughts about your sister or mom, or even your girlfriend??

If your wondering if your friend is gay probebly not your just overly sexual, 14 year old boys should not be having sex dont you know sex leads to kids and do you want kids at 14 probebly not, so be glad your friend doesnt want sex, you shouldnt either and you should support his decision to wait, I know LOTS of guys that were anywhere form 17 to 21 before they decided to have sex, waiting could be worth it.

He's a kid, don't rush him. Children mature at different levels at hit puberty at different times.Give him time. There is nothing wrong with him. As far as him not liking girls based on their appearance...he is a lucky young man who has someone that instilled the fact that their is more in a person than looks. Remember looks fade, intellect only grows.

Thank-you JESUS there are still guys out there who want to respect their future wives!!! In fact, I WISH every guy was ust like him. YOUR 14!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am only 14. I don't understand why guys want to look at porn either and not having a desire to do "stuff" with girls...just fine by me...AND not loving a lady because of her appearance, you know what, there isn't anything wrong with it. If this kid is a Christian, PLEASE don't try and have him do anything. He sounds perfect to me!!!!!

Maybe he is still maturing, remember the stage when you thought girls had cooties or whatever?
Well some guys just take a while to get into that stuff, and he still wants to be a kid...

well im 16 and ive never had a girlfriend and never looked at any girls, or porn or anything.. why? becuase im to young to even care about that
nothing worse than a 14 year old loose with hormones
hes ganna get laid alot me than you when hes older you know?
