I try to re-work and channel that anger, which isn't easy. I think anyone and everyone goes nuts at times- how you deal is something else. I know some true psychos and believe me, you'd never know by looking at them.

Oh my god i feel worst then a psycho when I'm angry, i think the devil comes out and all hell breaks loose. I barely get mad so when i do man oh man

i stay away from people when im angry,,,i try to avoid conflict....
