I got popular in high school because I was in a rock band, and a really good one, too. One year, at a New Year's Eve party that a lot of our friends were at, I shaved my head and painted the entire thing with white clown makeup before our show. The next year, everyone remembered me as the guy with the white head.
Actually, the only popular guy was our guitar player. He had chicks literally falling off of him left and right. I was just the bass player. You know, the one that everyone forgets about. But because of him, I was popular too.

Popularity is tricky and sometimes dangerous.
I wasn't "popular" but I was well liked. Just be yourself and you will find the group you need to be with. You may not even like the "popular" kids, I didn't. Most of them were so self involved I gravitated toward my true friends.

Be a likeable person who is outgoing and friendly to everyone. Join activites at school to get to know more people. The more people you know that like you the more popular you will become. Just be confident in yourself, that really attracts people.

just have alot of friends you dont have to be popular i have tons of friends and im happy but usually popularity also has to deal with other things to that you dont want to get involved in

i got it by the clothes and hair and well just everything else they do(well that's not how i did it i was there in the beginning but still) OH and who the hell cares about popularity its just all stuff clicks*" of friends really
